PADI Diving License

tulamben is a small fishing village on the north east coast of bali.its among the most popular dove sites on bali since the wreck of the liberty(a US army transport) ship by a japanese submarine.

it might be look so peaceful and quite at the surface but there's lots of divers under the water, traffic man traffic(cause i went there during the high season)
